Fish in Moscow

Ingredients
800 g fillet of hake, carp, beard, mackerel or other fish
700 g potatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
100 g cream
40 g flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) white wine
1 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned of skin and bones salted fish fillets and sprinkle with ground black pepper, breaded in flour and whole, without cuts portions are poluizparzhva in plenty and heated vegetable oil. Place in a metal plate or dish, side of the plateau are arranged molded scalded in boiling salted water and smothered in fat potatoes sprinkled with chopped parsley, pour cream and pour fillet with white wine and lemon juice . Thus prepared and shaped plateau bake in moderate oven about 10 minutes. Serve whole immediately after removing it from the oven or form portions that are served in separate dishes.
