Ingredients
          4 fillets of fish
          500 g potatoes
          60 g butter
          100 ml milk
          3 tbsp cream (cooking)
          1 tbsp mustard
          3 hard boiled eggs
          200 g cheese
          black pepper
          1 lemon
          2 tbsp flour
          2 tbsp breadcrumbs
          eggs 1
          100 ml sunflower oil
          1/2 bunch parsley
              Method
              Fillets are salted and left for 1 hour. Dipped in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden. Cook potatoes, Strain and mix with milk, melted butter, cream and mustard. In a large bowl sprayed puree florets. In the middle rank fillets around garnish with sliced eggs. On top of everything grated cheese, sprinkle with pepper and bake on the upper wire (until melted cheese). Serve decorated with parsley and lemon slices.
