Fish salad with wine dressing

Ingredients
500 g fillet of smoked fish
100 g crab meat
3 red peppers
2 onions
20 olives
# TOPPING:
1 cup white wine
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper
pinch of sugar
Method
Finely chopped fish fillets, crab meat, onions, red peppers and olives free of stones. Mix and spread in a wide salad. Mix topping products. Salad bay and leave in refrigerator for 2 hours.
