Fish sauce Appetite

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 ml) fish broth or vegetable potion
90 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
2 yolks
4 tbsp (40 g) cream
grated nutmeg
allspice
grated lemon peel
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic
salt
Method
Yolks and the butter is broken well, add flour, a pinch of grated nutmeg, allspice, crushed, grated lemon peel and salt. Add cream, broth, crushed garlic and lemon juice. The mixture was heated in a water bath to compression, while stirring.
