Ingredients
3 ice cubes
3 tbsp liqueur coffee
2 tbsp rum
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp sugar (can substitute juice compote)
1/2 fresh yolk
Method
All Products Pour into a shaker with ice cubes, break is short, but very good. Serve in a glass or crystal goblet. The products are for 1 cup.
