Fluffy apple cream

Ingredients
1 kg apples
200 g sugar
3 egg whites
1 lemon or 1 tsp vinegar
strawberry or raspberry syrup
Method
Apples are peeled, cleaned of seeds and baked until soft, then Strain. Beat well with mixer, add the egg whites and sugar, and the vessel is placed on a heated stove, constantly fight about 3 minutes. The vessel was then pulls away and beating continued until the mixture turns white and thickened. Then lemon juice. The finished cream mix well, pour into plates or bowls before presenting watered with strawberry or raspberry syrup.
