Heat the oven to 200C degrees. The yeast was dissolved in a little milk, sugar and some flour. When the solution thickens, make up the remaining milk, the oil and put salt. Add the flour little by little, stirring with a dough hook mixer, about 5 minutes on the lowest level. The dough is allowed to rise. Formed into 6 large sandal or with smaller tsarvulcheta. Filling is optional, can be made from anything you eating now. In this case the feta cheese crumbled and mixed with yogurt and eggs. Top is sprinkled with grated goat cheese. I personally Roll dough balls of ellipses and their lift the edges to become like edge that snuggle with your fingers to hold. Working on a floured surface. In the oven and heat up the pan from the stove. Easier big sandals to be formed on a baking paper, which directly pull on the hot tray. They fit most three sandal cross into the tray, tops go well beyond it. Can roast and two sandal in length. Bake until browned. * sandals are fluffy, slightly crunching crust.
