1 rabbit
500 g potatoes
3-4 tomatoes
50 ml apple juice
1 large onion
1 small head of garlic
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tbsp starch
1 tbsp sour cream
thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, pepper
vegetable oil
The meat cut into 8 pieces portioned. In a saucepan with preheated oil fry the pieces of meat twice in four to pinking. After frying the first four pieces in the fat add finely chopped onion and add to it and the other four. Add the garlic. Chopped tomatoes spread over the meat. Spices as their seedlings distributed between the pieces of meat. Pour the apple juice and add broth, dissolved in 1 cup hot water. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper and sandwiching.
