Fragrant tomato paste

Ingredients
300 g canned peeled tomatoes without juice
2 sprigs fresh coriander
1 red onion
3-4 scallions
2 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
pinch of cumin
juice of 1 / 2 lemon
salt, pepper
Method
All products Strain with blender or grind in a blender or food processor. The mixture is suitable for spreading on bread.
