Fried brains with eggs

Ingredients
700-800 g beef or pork marrow
1 bunch roots soup
4 eggs
salt
pepper
vinegar
bay leaf
90 g butter
Method
Brain soak 1-2 hours in cold water. At this time, prepare a decoction of water, 1 tbsp vinegar, coarsely chopped root soup, a few peppercorns, bay leaf from the tip and salt.
