Fried carrots with yogurt

Ingredients
500 g carrots
400 g yogurt
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Method
Carrots are peeled and grated. In a deep frying pan put olive oil to heat and then pour grated carrots. Fry on medium heat until soft and golden. While fried carrot sauce is made from yogurt, chopped garlic and spices. Once the carrots are ready add to the milk. Can be consumed immediately or kept for several hours in the refrigerator.
