Fried cheese balls - II type

Ingredients
grated cheese (feta, blue, smoked and processed) in stock and preference
grated cheese
cottage cheese
garlic, parsley
spices - savory, pepper, a pinch of red - of your choice
frying fat
# breading:
cornmeal
flour type 500
salt
2-3 l. yogurt + a pinch of soda
1/3 cup water
1 egg (you can without it)

Method
In a dry bowl confused cheese and the cottage cheese, together with preferred spices, garlic and parsley. Hand form balls the size of a walnut. Each ball is immersed in panirovachnata mash and fry in very hot sunflower oil. Preparation of breading - listed products is mixed with pulp density smooth as cake. * The amount of feta cheese, cheese, cottage cheese is preference and available amounts in the refrigerator.
