Ingredients
1 chicken
300 g chicken skinless sausages
350 g rice
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
50 ml olive oil
200 ml white wine
the juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp red pepper, bay leaf, black pepper, salt

Method
Sliced chicken marinade with half the garlic, red pepper, lemon juice, wine, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Stew onion and remaining garlic and add the rice and sliced skinless sausages. Pour 700 ml boiling water and boil for 15 minutes on low heat. Place the flour in a plastic bag and add 1/4 of the amount of chicken pieces, as well shakes. This operation is repeated until the meat. Then floured chicken fry in olive or sunflower oil and served with prepared rice.
