Fried eggs - II type

Ingredients
10 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
1 egg batter
salt
Method
Ten eggs boiled for 3 minutes, then carefully peel, rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs, fried to a rosier, add salt and served on slices of fried bread.
