Fried eggs with tomatoes

Ingredients
2-3 large tomatoes
6-7 eggs
sunflower oil for frying
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Cut the tomatoes into slices with a thickness of about 1 cm. And fry in strongly heated sunflower oil, without pay and rearranged. On each circle tomato clicks from one egg low as possible without spilling egg white. Add salt and then hardening egg white is removed. Sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley.
