Method
Season the fish with spices and dipped for 5 minutes in milk. Drained, add some flour and fry in a mixture of equal parts melted butter and sunflower oil. Once the oil starts to sizzle, the fish shakes the flour and put in the pan. Carefully turning. Remove the fat from frying and put a new portion of melted butter. It should be made of foam. The fish is served with butter and this slice of lemon.
