Method
To milk add yeast and 100 g of flour and leave at room temperature to double its volume. With the rest of the flour is made well and pour in the eggs, melted butter, lemon zest, salt, sugar and yeast mixture. Involved non-solid dough, which is divided into balls. Each ball is rolled into a base of 0.5 cm thickness and cut into squares with a side of 7-8 cm. In each square put a teaspoon cream or chocolate spread. Wound on rolls, the edges bend inwards to not expire cream. Remain for 10 minutes to relax and then fry in a highly heated sunflower oil. Arrange on paper to drain the fat and sprinkle with plenty of sugar. For the cream can be used any starch or cream, as long as they are made thicker.
