Ingredients
4 skinless sausages
2 eggs
250 g flour
200 ml beer
wooden skewers (maybe toothpicks)
sunflower oil

Method
Yolks and whites separate. Egg whites to 50 ml beer and broken well. The yolks are broken down with the rest of beer and then flour was added in portions while stirring. Both mixtures were thoroughly mixed, stir with a wooden spoon. The skinless sausages are cut into 3 and strung on sticks. Oval well in egg pasta. Fry in deep fryer or in a container with many highly preheated oil.
