6 skinless sausages
1 egg
yolk 1
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp beer
salt

Method
Peel the skinless sausages them Split. Beat two egg yolks with the flour, the oil and a little salt. Adding and beer, so as to obtain a thick slurry. Finally add egg white, broken snow. Dip the skinless sausages in this mixture and fry them. Serve them on leaves of lettuce.
