Fruit salad with dried fruit

Ingredients
8 prunes
10 dried apricots
1 banana
1 sweet apple
400 g yoghurt
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
150 g tea biscuits
20 g honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Dried fruits are cooked in apple juice and cinnamon. After kata cool cut. To these are added chopped fresh fruit. Smash the crackers and add them. Stir well with yogurt. Serve in dessert bowls, sprinkled with walnuts and honey. Optional can reduce the amount of yogurt, not very liquid.

Thanks, however, is that the salad with dried fruit, it is very suitable for summer. It is very light.
