Ingredients
500 g potatoes
300 g fish fillet cod
3 medium onions
4 eggs
fat frying
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin julienne or shred. Fry in preheated oil and remove them in court. In the same oil fry the onion, cut into thin rings. Added thereto is torn into small pieces fish fillets, eggs and stir. Add the potatoes and stir lightly flavored with salt, if needed.
