Ingredients
500 g shileshko meat (lamb can)
2 green onions
3 tbsp rice
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 connection mint
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces, pour it with 6 cups cold water Salt and simmer. Sauté finely chopped onion in the butter and 2-3 tablespoons of broth from the meat. Add tomato juice. When the meat is cooked and taking poizpari water, put the washed rice mix. Pour the roux. When rice is cooked, pull the dish from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley and mint. If the meat is vegan, add more butter.
