Greek Christmas bread

1.25 kg flour
1 cup butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup almonds
9 eggs
6 lemons
2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt
Yeast dissolved in slightly warmed milk, add 1/2 cup flour and mix well Cover and leave in a warm place to rise. Separately, in a large bowl pour the remaining flour, add salt, previously melted butter, eight eggs, sugar and grated lemon zest. Finally added and already rising phase yeast dough. Everything is kneaded very well, inside hides and traditional coin, leave to rise. Bottom and sides of a round tray smeared with butter, sprinkle lightly with flour and pour it into the dough. Nice tray is deep enough to not fill, cover and leave in a warm place until doubled in volume. When this happens, the remainder was stirred an egg and it is smeared the bread, the almonds are peeled and cut finely, and then sprayed together with some sugar top. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated 180 C oven.
