Green garlic sauce

Ingredients
1 head of garlic
3 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
4 tbsp melted butter
dried mint
salt
Method
Fry flour in the melted butter, diluted with milk and mix until smooth mixture. Boil on medium heat a few minutes, add the crushed garlic with salt and crushed mint. Serve at and cooked meats, poultry and fish.
