Green salad with mushrooms and sunflower seeds

Ingredients
1 green salad
3 scallions
100 g small fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp peeled sunflower seeds
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
oil
lemon juice
salt
Method
Sunflower seeds are roasted in a dry pan until golden. Salad of finely cut or chopped. Heat some olive oil in it fry the chopped garlic until golden and subtract. Chopped mushrooms fried in the same oil. When you are ready to remove from fire, add the parsley, salt and lemon juice to taste and leave to cool. In a large bowl mix lettuce and onions, finely chopped. Season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste, put in a salad, put mushrooms on top and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
