Ingredients
          1 (1 kg) carp
          1-2 heads (100 g) onion
          1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
          1 lemon
          1 head of garlic
          1 slice biscuit
          allspice
          pepper
          bay leaf
          salt
              Method
              Onions, cut into thin rings, put in a pot with the peeled cloves of garlic, a little salt and fat and stew on low heat. Add spices and fish. Pour over the rest of the oil, sprinkle with crushed and sieved biscuits and bake in the oven. Once removed from the oven, sprinkle with squeezed lemon juice. Serve cold.
