Ingredients
1 kg of fish hake
300 g tomatoes
1 lemon
pickled vegetables green tomatoes or green small watermelons
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sodium glutamate
pepper
2 onions
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
fresh ginger
Method
Caramelize the sugar with the fat, once browned add about 100 ml warm water to dissolve. In saucepan piecing order fish line tomatoes, sliced, lemon, sliced onion, sliced and pickled vegetables green tomatoes and green small watermelons slices. Add fresh ginger crushed with a hammer or chopper. Continue alternating until the products. Insert the soy sauce, sodium glutamate, salt, a little more than normal (the dish becomes slightly savory and sour taste). Pour caramel with dissolved, and water to cover products. Boil on low heat for about 1 hour.
