Flour mixed with baking powder and salt. The cottage cheese is mixed with milk and melted margarine. Flour was gradually added to the milk mixture and formed into a dough. Roll out on a floured surface to a sheet with a thickness of 5 mm. Mix finely chopped ham, grated cheese, chopped parsley and tomato paste. The resulting mixture is spread on the rolled sheet and turn in a tight roll. Wrap with foil and put in the freezer to harden for 15 minutes. The roll is cut into pieces 1 cm thick. Smeared with yolk, sprinkle with sesame or poppy and put on a baking sheet in a preheated 200 C oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
