Ham rolls in cheese sauce

400 g minced meat
10-12 leaves Prague ham
150 g cheese
180 g natural processed cheese
180 g processed cheese with spices (blue, smoked)
100 ml cream (water)
50 ml water
spices minced meat
sunflower oil for greasing the pan
potatoes or mushrooms - for garnish (optional)

Minced meat is seasoned with spices in preference. Cheese cut into sticks, no longer than one side of Prague ham. With moistened hands is taken from minced meat as one meatball and razpleskva on hand, place a stick of cheese and rolls with it (prepared as meatball), then wrapped in a sheet ham. Each roll is placed in the bottom tray with non-stick pan or greased lightly with sunflower oil. In a deep bowl whisk the cheese with water and cream mixture and smooth it covered stacked rolls. Bake in preheated oven at 200 g 40-45 minutes. Potatoes or mushrooms cut in large pieces and placed in the free parts of the tray, and bake with rolls.

Very tasty look.I do like rolls, but instead of melted cheese sauce and mushrooms put them inside with cheese and potatoes pokraya and toppings ready.I will try in this way.
