Heart stew with vegetables

Ingredients
500-600 g heart (beef or pork)
5 potatoes
carrots 3
2 onions
1 turnip
1 parsley root
pickles 2
2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup cream
bay leaf
1 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Heart wash, soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Again washed, placed in boiling water and boil on low heat for 2-3 hours. An hour before the end of cooking add salt. Boil the heart is removed from the broth, place in cold water for 20-30 minutes, then remove from the water and cut across the grain of thin pieces are placed in a pot, pour hot with tomato sauce and add cream. Vegetables (no pickles) are cut into slices and lightly fry in fat. The pickles are cleaned from the seeds and cut into slices. Cucumbers and fried vegetables are added to the pot with boiled heart, add bay leaf and peppercorns, everything is mixed and sandwiching stew until soft. Heart with vegetables and sauce served on a plate or platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. This dish can be prepared in a pot, and also without cream and cucumbers.
