Homemade granola

2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup sliced ​​almonds
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp Chia
1/4 cup brown sugar
in 1/2 tsp salt, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract
2 tbsp apple juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp core butter (peanut, almond or other.)
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and wet in another if necessary heat of microwave for about a minute. Mix the two mixtures well. In the beginning it will look dry, but with good stirring everything sticky. Pour into a wide pan, best from the oven, covered with rice paper.
