Horns of a gazelle (Cornes de Gazelle)

Ingredients
1 kg almonds, blanched and peeled
500 g of powdered sugar
100 ml water, orange blossom
1 tbsp melted butter
# For the dough:
1 kg of flour
220 g melted butter
200 ml water, orange blossom
2 egg whites spreads

Method
Almonds are finely ground in a kitchen machine. Add powdered sugar and grind again until a cake. Add the water and the butter, as well kneaded by hand. Mixture tear balls the size of a walnut, which are formed elongated, such as cigarettes. Mix the flour, the butter and water kneaded to hard dough. Roll out the dough as thin as possible, cut circles with a diameter of about 10 cm. In each round is placed in a cigarette * *, and screwed so that the edges to be overlapped, and then is bent like a crescent. Sealing the ends are pressed gently with a fork, finally punctured in several places and are coated with a slightly broken egg white. Bake on kitchen paper or lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 C or 10 minutes at 70-80 C until the dough has dried completely (all are loose). In the first case, are pale brown in the second remained white. * The dose is 50 permanently in a box at least one month.

Nelly, here! These are my favorite sweet, so far still waiting to bring them to me. Now father in law brought not sweet, but the recipe:-) I have not made them, the image of the net, but I rush home so that these days will turn.
