Watermelon put in a bag or box and put in the freezer until frozen. Remove and mix watermelon, rum, champagne and mint. Blend everything until smooth mixture. Pour into a glass, which put pre leaves of fresh mint and lemon slices. Sprinkle with coconut optional. To obtain a less alcoholic cocktail, champagne may be replaced with soda or sprite.
