Italian pancakes with champagne

Ingredients
6 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup flour
30 ml champagne
2 tbsp butter
200 g of caviar
Method
From eggs, salt, flour and champagne rarely gets involved pancake dough. Portions of fried pancakes in hot butter. Filled with eggs and fold in half. The pancakes are served with fish fillets, of steamed carrots and salad.
