Jam orange or lemon zest

Ingredients
400 g peel oranges or 350 g peel lemons
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
1 liter of water
Method
Yellow sheet is scraped lightly grater. Peel cut into julienne and turn of ohlyuvche. Strung on a thread and boil in water 3 to 5 minutes. After each boiling placed in cold water. These results are discarded. Of sugar and 1 liter of water is prepared polusgasten sugar syrup. Add strung on a thread snails, and cook until the syrup thickens. Place a water soluble tartaric acid and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Finished sweeter after they stand 7-8 hours is cleared of strings and retracts in jars.
