Jam prunes with nuts

Ingredients
3 kg plums
1 kg of sugar
300-400 g nuts - hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts
1 tsp limontozu
3-4 geranium leaves
1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Method
Plums are washed well and cut into quarters, with pits removed. Place in a pan or wide saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and let stand one night or 8-10 hours. The next day put to boil and cook 10 minutes, detected by boiling, during boiling, remove foam generated. Remove from heat and allow to stand until the next day. put it on to boil, add the washed and dried geranium leaves and nuts and sweet boiled until ready or drop Apply the liquid on a saucer, to retain its shape and not spill. Three or four minutes before removing from the fire ready jam, put cinnamon (optional) and limontozuto. Sweet is packed in dry jars, sealed with caps and sterilize 10 minutes.

I do like but not dissect plums and pit and put inside par4e of pecan nut

ioan. 93, and I like doing it, but peel and plums and put them for 2-3 hours in varna water. Deliciously sweet it is!

Very tasty sweet it! I do it every year (especially for cakes) :)
