Jelly of cottage cheese with fruit juice

Ingredients
300 g cottage cheese
80 g rice
500 ml milk
80 g sugar
7 g gelatin
150 ml fruit juice of your choice
Method
Rice is boiled in fresh milk and passaged. Add sugar, previously soaked and strained gelatin, the cottage cheese, and the juice of the fruit, and the mixture was stirred well. Jelly is served cold.
