5-7 (450 g) peppers
1 cup (300 g) ready kyopolou
1/2 or 1 (100 g) cucumber
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil (olive oil)
Peppers baked, peel, cleaned of seed Salt the inside and gently pour vinegar and olive oil. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, which are mixed with chopped dill and a little salt. This mixture is stuffed peppers. Finished kyopolou is placed in the middle of the plate for serving and around rank filled peppers. Decorate salad are circles of red tomatoes, watered with vinegar and olive oil and serve.
