Lamb with beans and olives in a pot

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
250 g old beans
400 g carrots
20 black olives
400 g canned tomatoes
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
1 tsp rosemary

Method
Boil the beans until almost. Lamb cut and fry in olive oil. Remove and in the same oil sauté onions, garlic and tomatoes. In clay pot pour beans with water that is boiled, lamb, tomatoes and shredded carrots. Bake under cover for 40 minutes. Then the lid is removed and the dish is seasoned with spices and add olives (free of stones). More bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with rosemary before serving.
