Lamb cutlets with cheese

Ingredients
1 kg lamb chops
pepper, salt
250 g cheese
3-4 eggs
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
125 g butter
Method
Crushed chops, add salt them with salt and pepper and leave them for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Anointed them with melted butter, dip them in finely grated cheese. Immediately after melting them in beaten eggs, then again in cheese and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry them in plenty of sunflower oil.

They are very nice, and I breaded lamb chops, but also put rosemary and sage - unique flavor of lamb, super fit to cheese. If dry spices, blend them with cheese, if fresh, rub the meat with them in the fridge. Super recipe!
