Lamb with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
750 field mushrooms
1 cup milk
1 tbsp flour
150 g butter
1 tsp vinegar
salt
pepper
Method
Cleaned and cut into pieces of meat is placed in a container with 2-3 cups boiling salted water and boil until soft. Cleaning sponges are placed for 1-2 minutes in a pan with 1 cup salted water and vinegar, is drained, pour into salted water and boiled for 20 minutes and then added to the meat together with fuzzy cold milk flour. Dish stir and simmer 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper and served with boiled rice.

Nice and easy recipe! Prepare Z for his family. Put spices like basil, garlic and vodka spoon until cooked meat - it takes away from the sharp smell of lamb - often in stores mother of lamb;), but the spices are always taste the cook. For garnish much going salad with roasted peppers, eggplants and tomatoes from the garden! Greetings!
