2 carrots
1 bunch parsley

20 g dried parsley

Method
The meat is washed and placed in a baking tray. Smeared with sunflower oil, salt, pepper and dried parsley. On the meat to make 3-4 incisions with a knife and filled with sliced ​​strips of carrot and chopped parsley very finely. Wind up with foil and bake at 150 C for about 2 hours.
