Lamb with potatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g lamb
500 g mushrooms
100 ml wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 onion
1 head of garlic
little thyme
pinch of salt
parsley for sprinkling
100 g grated Cheese
1 kg potatoes
Method
Make a marinade of wine, chopped onion, pressed garlic, thyme, soy sauce and a pinch of salt. The meat is washed, cut into thin strips and put in the marinade for at least 2-3 hours. Strain the marinade and put to boil. Add the meat - to choke. Add coarsely chopped potatoes and mushrooms. Boil until soft. Serve with sprinkled with cheese.
