Lamb with zucchini and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg lamb breasts
1 kg zucchini
400 g tomatoes
100 g butter
2 onions
parsley, savory
pepper, salt
Method
Cut the meat into portions, sprinkle it with pepper and salt and fry in butter. Then add the chopped onion and grated tomatoes and let simmer about 40 minutes. Meanwhile chop zucchini on wheels, sprinkle with pepper and salt and fry them. Finally, add the courgettes to the meat, pour it into a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until ready. Tampering with parsley and savory.

Bravo! Super! Can not courgettes not fry?

may, not fried, stewed will be in the eating.

I would put courgettes straight into the pan to roast. Bravo for the recipe!
