Lasagna sauce Neapolitana

Ingredients
lasagna sheets (according to the tray - 5 lines)
200 g cheese
# For the sauce:
100 g mushrooms
1 onion
300-400 g mince mixture
1 carrot
3 -4 cloves of garlic
400 g minced meat tomatoes
1 tbsp paprika, black pepper, salt, a pinch of nutmeg and sugar
5-6 sprigs of parsley
1-2 sprigs of savory and basil
roots of parsley and celery
few chervil leaves
2 tbsp flour
60-80 ml wine
1 cup chicken broth
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
# Optional:
2-3 cup Bechamel sauce

Method
Gently fry the finely chopped onion, add chopped roots, carrots, pre-stewed mushrooms and tomatoes. Fry to evaporate the liquid. Add the flour, paprika and diluted with chicken broth. Before fully sauce to thicken add saute minced meat with spices, leaves of vegetables, salt and a pinch of sugar. Slightly dilute the sauce with wine and holding fire for 1 minute. In tray initiate a thick layer peel, pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. 5 alternating layers of pastry with sauce and grated cheese, such as beginning and ending with the peel. Top Spray rare bechamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put to bake in the oven. Before removing the lasagna, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

lasagna became incredible! Liking to me and my family in January preporachvm hot at all.

Yes, this type of lasagna, in fact, most are like most people who are fans of pasta. Toy is small, but well worth the time :)
