Layered cake with cherries

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 yolk
125 g butter
# For the filling:
700 g cherries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp almond butter
1/2 cup blueberry jam
Method
Prepare dough sifted flour, sugar and salt were mixed, and the medium was done well in which are placed the yolk, butter and beaten 1 tbsp cold water. Messi with hands until dough becomes a ball. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight, after which it is spread in an appropriate form, covered with greased with butter parchment paper covering and the vessel walls. The dough is formed into a uniform layer on the bottom and around the sides and placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Sour cherries are cleaned from the stones, arranged on the frozen formulation of the dough and sprinkle with sugar mixed with lemon juice and almond butter. Cake bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven to 200 C, or held until the cherries are soft and the dough is light brown. Allow to cool. blueberry jam mixed with 2 tbsp water, warm and spread on cake. The finished cake to cool (optional can decorate with whipped cream).
