Layered cake with cottage cheese and walnuts

Ingredients
120 g sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
60 g butter
250 g unsalted cottage cheese
egg 1
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp milk
vanilla
lemon zest
1 cup flour
Method
Mix the flour, 70 g sugar and walnuts. With a fork creases macerate butter into flour mixture. Attention is 1/4 of the dough and the rest is spread by pressing on the bottom of a baking dish. Bake 15 minutes in preheated moderate oven. The cottage cheese was ground through a sieve and mix with the remaining sugar (50 g), egg, milk, vanilla and 1 pinch of lemon zest. Pour the mixture over the baked base, sprinkle with crumbs from separate tests and bake 20-25 minutes. * The cake can be prepared several days before it is consumed and stored in the refrigerator.
