1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp vinegar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 - 2 cups white compote syrup or sugar syrup
# For the cream:
400 g sour cream
8 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp rum (optional)

Sugar and egg is broken. Add yogurt, soda dissolved in vinegar, flour and cocoa. The mixture was divided into two equal parts. Bake in greased and floured pan in a preheated oven at moderate temperature. Cream mix with sugar and flavored with rum. One of the cool bases irrigate juice compote. Smeared with cream. Thank Kami! Glad you liked it. Cake made in a pan with a diameter of 24 cm. Are quite thin, but that should not bother you. After syrup and put the cream gets a decent high cake - about 4-4, 5 cm. Furthermore, you can use another type of cream - dry cream, whipped cream, milk cream, etc. Good luck!
