Layered cake * March 8 *

Ingredients
# For the base:
6 eggs
8 tbsp sunflower oil
8 tbsp water
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
cocoa
10 g baking powder
vanilla
# For the cream:
750 ml cream
1 large box of chocolates Chernomorets * * or 200-300 g of chocolate candy of your choice
compote
caramelized nuts (I bought ready 215 g were enough to cover the entire cake)

Method
For the base exude yolks from whites, beat egg yolks and sugar, add the oil and water mix baking powder with the flour and add them to the mixture. Then add the beaten foam egg whites stirring gently in one direction, while borne by the mixture. Digress part of it, to which add cocoa to the desired color. Smear the form of sunflower oil and flour (can be used confectionary paper, then you need this procedure), pour the two mixtures by gently agitate, baked to a dry stick. chocolates frig slightly to be able to digest food processor and not become mushy. As cool the base, cut into two (horizontal) with a knife and put one part in tortilla bowl, soak the juice of the compote and spills of already broken cream. Rake and shoot above ground candy, top put the other part of the base and soak again. Put the cream and rake already entire cake, sprinkle it with caramelized nuts.
