Layered cake Sammy

Ingredients
8 egg whites
2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut flour or ground hazelnuts
100-150 g raisins
# For the cream:
4-5 tbsp flour
1 cup powdered sugar
125 g butter
1 vanilla
500 ml milk
# For glaze:
chocolate of your choice or chocolate
Method
Beat egg whites with sugar, gradually add the flour and hazelnuts (or coconut flour). The drought is the base 3 in moderate oven after cool remove from the tray. 4-5 tbsp of flour and 500 ml milk boil until thickened, stirring continuously. Separately, mix the butter with 1 cup and powdered sugar is added to up the cold cream with 1 vanilla. The mixture is brushed between the bases and sprinkle with raisins. Top cake watered with chocolate icing or melted chocolate.
